Tomi Sirén has a strong track record of making things happen with the digital and innovation-driven playbook in FMCG.

He is building the world’s first and most transparent value chain platform in dairy, Arla Milkchain, enabling product traceability and value chain transparency from farm to fork powered by blockchain technology that was launched in 2018.

Tomi is launching AI-powered app, Arla Iris, for making animal welfare transparent to end-consumers by analyzing animal welfare at the farm and making it visible by feeding data into Arla Milkchain that was launched in 2019

He has augmented reality campaigns in Arla milk cartons delivering next-level brand engagement and x15 returning users that were launched in 2017, 2018 and 2020.

He is an Arla master brand management and development in digital & social channels to deliver brand equity and engagement targets for 4 consecutive years in a row.

Tomi is the management of external digital partner networks (media, creative, comms, tech, content) to deliver best-in-class executions against digital strategy.

He has +20 keynotes delivered in various tech/FMCG/retail conferences in and outside of Finland.

To balance thins up, he is highly interested in overall individual well-being, sports (CrossFit & trail running), self-development & learning, architecture and investing.
