Thomas Gross practices in the areas of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings) and (STOs) Security Token Offerings, and all aspects of cyberspace law. His experience includes intellectual property, transactions and finance, regulatory agencies, Washington DC agencies, technology, mergers and acquisition (M&A), aviation law, Blank Check Companies/SPACs, and energy law.

He is an Adjunct Faculty at George Washington University Graduate Business School teaching Corporate Law & Securities, and International Business Transactions and Finance.

He has 8 years of experience in two large international law firms advising and negotiating complex transactions and documentation. He has International experience includes China, India, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Dominican Republic. He has project finance experience with transactions ranging up to $500 million, including negotiation and drafting of complex contracts dealing with Power Purchase Agreements, Transportation Agreements, Fuel Supply Agreements, and Implementation Agreements. He is a primary legal and policy advisor on multiple high-level projects including the new Oil & Gas Law for Indonesia, the energy law in Bulgaria, and the investigation of the energy sector in the Dominican Republic. He is advisor and speaker to the Ukrainian Parliament in Kiev on legislative and regulatory reform to promote investment. He has a solid background in technology with work experience at Los Alamos and Livermore National Laboratories in nuclear and laser physics. M.S. in Applied Physics (Stanford University), graduate work at the Stanford Linear Accelerator (SLAC).
