Sianna Wu is a multi-disciplinary strategy, sales and growth marketing leader with going on 12 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, directing, executing and shaping omnichannel growth, digitizing business processes and leading go-to-market product strategy in emerging markets.

She specializes in lead acquisition, performance marketing, salesforce automation, data model processing, data monetization, mobile apps, e-commerce productizing, affiliate networks, adtech, machine learning applications for martech at some of the world’s most notable bluechip companies.

She is currently Partner Marketing Director at DT One driving B2B FinTech growth and financial inclusion efforts in over 160 countries, with the aim of helping 5 billion people connect better and serving the unserved.

Prior to this, Sianna held the position of Director of Strategy and Digital Marketing at The First Group leading a core team directly driving revenue across 65 different countries in Africa, the Middle East, India-Pakistan, Europe, and Asia.

She has built automated scoring processes, app and digital products, spearheaded MarTech driven initiatives to drive sales and revenue targets for over 80-strong direct response sales team.

Her current role also supports digital and e-commerce initiatives in Collections, The First Group Hotel Management, Asset Management and spearheaded reformed BI and key performance management within the sales and marketing divisions.

She is regarded for her skills of team management, negotiations and leadership in culturally fragmented regions (SSA and MENA Region) and is an active member of numerous startup organizations providing mentorship, thought leadership and advocation of data-driven revenue strategy, how to drive omnichannel customer experience, best-in-class performance marketing, management consulting and product experience in the eCommerce space.

She has in-depth commercial insight and experience having held major positions on both sides of the advertising and brand partnership ecosystem and has a successful track record in delivering adtech and partner solutions for global advertisers as well as publishers across traditional print, TV, multi-device web and mobile app platforms.
