Salvatore Moccia is a Professor of Strategic Management at the International University UNIR – La Rioja, Spain, and holds visiting positions in Germany, Switzerland, and Thailand. He has also vast experience as manager in the higher education sector (head of international relations, chief of management department, associate dean, associate VP alumni relations, etc.), as project manager and team leader, as director of human resource, as business consultant, as professional trainer (leadership and team building, innovation, and management), and an entrepreneur.

He is the founder and CEO of several digital magazines, including and He is also the founder and general manager of “The FinTech Conference”, and the founder of the “DivinConference – Diversity and Innovation – Conference”. His fields of research are good-humor and productivity, leadership and values, and strategic management (the importance of information in strategic formulation and implementation).
