Renata Liuzzi has an MBA from IE business school, Mechanical Engineer and Masters's Degree in Motorsports. She currently enrolled for a Design Thinking and Innovation Diploma with certifications on Lean Six Sigma, Artificial intelligence (MIT) and Operational efficiency (APICS). She has 15 years of experience across 4 countries in Customer Experience, Innovation, Digital, Operational efficiency and Business Strategy including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Renata is the Founder of Axis Partners, a CX boutique consultancy firm that brings a unique approach to Customer Experience. Her firm combines cognitive consumer behavioral analysis, together with the power of advanced customer analytics, market trends, lean six sigma principles and CX training academy.

Renata is currently leading the CX design of the most digitally advanced and first customer-centric mall in the Middle East and North Africa.

Renata has successfully lead the delivery of complex transformation programs, working with teams spread across more than 15 countries and doing business with more than 20 countries. She has worked across the Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Automotive, Aerospace & Deference, Consumer Goods, Telco, Banking, and Oil Refining industries.

In the last 5 years, Renata has been focused in the Middle East as the Director of Customer Experience for Emaar Group and Meraas Holding. Previously, she was the Regional Customer head of 'Ernst & Young Growth Solutions' for the Middle East, India, and North Africa.

Before arriving in the Middle East, Renata spent 11 years working in Management Consulting with Accenture in the UK, Europe, and South America.

Renata’s passion is traveling and coffee, as a result, she owns a coffee shop in Spain that offers a blend of flavors from different countries.
