Rajasree Cheruvu is a customer engagement SME specialized in designing strategy, launching and managing customer engagement, CRM/loyalty programs across retail, financial, hospitality and real estate sectors across multiple markets such as GCC, U.K, and India.

She is currently leading the launch plan of Enterprise level Loyalty and Customer Engagement program for UAE Exchange and Unimoni across 25 countries across the globe encompassing all products and channels and brands within the group.

She managed CRM program for one of the biggest value fashion retail brands, Redtag, as a Key account manager. She is skilled in designing, executing and analyzing campaigns on various micro and macro level customer segments and managed CRM programs for Virgin Megastore as head of Loyalty. She implemented one full cycle end to end SAP CRM and loyalty program for one of the largest luxury retail groups in the Middle East, Chalhoub group.

She signed and managed strategic partnerships and alliances with retail brands for one of the largest banks in India, State Bank of India, for its debit card loyalty program, at Loyalty Rewardz organization.

Rajasree has designed and Implemented innovative campaigns for lead generation and promotion of products and services for Europe's biggest employee benefits service provider called Edenred.

She has implemented, launched and managed a loyalty program for one of the biggest hotel chains in India called Royal Orchid Hotels.
