Olga V. Mack loves the intersection of blockchain strategy, leadership, and innovation. She is a strategic, diligent decision-maker with fifteen years of experience advising and serving innovative companies of all sizes. Olga is skilled at navigating through change, setting goals, mitigating risks, and charting the course for long-term success.

She is passionate about the blockchain industry. She serves as Vice President of Strategy at Quantstamp, the first decentralized security auditing blockchain platform. Olga advocated and testified for AB 2658 and SB 838 which define blockchain and form a working group in California to better understand blockchain. She co-authored a book (coming winter 2019) about the fundamentals of blockchain and smart contracts security. She also founded and led the Smart Contracts Security Alliance to educate enterprises about the best smart contracts and blockchain. Olga spoke at TEDxSanFrancisco about the impact potential of blockchain and smart contracts and will speak at SXSW about blockchain business models in 2019.

Olga also takes pride in being an outspoken advocate for professional women. She is the founder of the Women Serve on Boards movement (http://womenserveonboards.com/), which advocates for women to serve on the corporate boards of Fortune 500 companies. She successfully persuaded over a dozen Fortune 500 companies to recruit their first woman director. Olga advocated, testified, and mobilized for the passage of California SB 826, which requires public companies to recruit women directors. She also enjoys helping startups thrive and grow. Olga is currently serving as an advisory board director at Phylos, SaGo.ai, ChannelMeter, Contract Wrangler, and Lovelyloot. She also serves on numerous government, professional, and nonprofit boards, including the California Law Revision Commission.
