Napoleon Biggs helps companies to create and launch new digital offerings from a base in the dynamic city of Hong Kong.

He is fluent in Mandarin, Spanish and French and speaks conversational Cantonese and Japanese.

Over the past 20 years, he has marketed over 100 businesses online and guided many multi-nationals through the turbulent waters of digital disruption. His well-known clients include airlines (Cathay Pacific), sports brands (Adidas), luxury brands (Lane Crawford), mall owners (IFC Mall), property developers (Hongkong Land), insurance firms (Ageas) and white goods makers (Philips).

His passion for entrepreneurship has driven him to launch several startup ventures: Asia Capacity Exchange (bandwidth marketplace), Web Guru (digital marketing agency), Game Guru (in-game advertising), Palava Digital (social media marketing), Web Wednesday (entrepreneur community) and Purecomm (omnichannel eCommerce).

As traditional business models continue to face disruption, senior management teams hire him for actionable advice on how to best transform their organizations and to prepare for the onslaught of digitally-born technologies and challenging startups.

On top of his corporate clients, he teaches digital marketing and business transformation to students at the University of Hong Kong and online for Avado - Google Squared. When time allows, he mentors various start-up programs, including “The Cage by Lane Crawford” and “Blueprint by the Swire Group”.

Back in 2006, he started a networking community to bridge the disconnect between digital natives and reluctant corporates. "Web Wednesday" is now 7,000 members strong with active online communities and regular events in Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore, and Dubai. It taught him many practical lessons about building purposeful communities, creating and publishing engaging content and managing many voices on social media.
