Mohammed Sajjad lives in Leicester and Dubai with his wife and young children. He completed an MSc in International Marketing Management with distinction at Leeds University and is completing his MBA. Mohammed has a track record of Omni Channel transformation across Lifestyle, Home, Fashion and Electronics retail delivering significant online sales growth through the development of the digital customer journey and proposition within physical retail covering the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

He is currently responsible for ecommerce and Digital retail at Azadea, leading the online strategy for brands such as Zara, Missguided and Mango in the Middle East. His responsibility also includes the digital strategy in the Food and Beverage division including online food delivery across brands such as Paul, Butcher Shop and Kosebasi.

Previously he led the Omni Channel and Digital business at, after 4 years of significant growth the digital business is circa 10% of retail revenue - the first in the region to achieve such online contribution. In April 2018, Mohammed joined a local Saudi start-up Mezmiz - a healthy grocery E-Commerce platform as an advisor/nonexecutive director. Prior to working in the Middle East, Mohammed has 15 years of ecommerce, digital and Omnichannel experience at scale in Europe with a career collective online revenue of over £1billion online revenue. Experience includes multiple European and Middle Eastern SAP hybris, IBM, Siebel, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe, Amplience implementations as Chief Product Owner and Executive Sponsor.
