As Internal Experience Manager at Suncoast Credit Union, Edwin Gonzalez oversees a team of cross-functional back-office subject matter experts responsible for supporting more than 1,200 frontline representatives across nearly 75 service centers and two call centers. The team aptly named Elevate, leverages technology and artificial intelligence to exchange knowledge and guide staff through complex transactions within a live chat experience.

Edwin is on a mission to transform the relationship between front and back office, with the ultimate vision of Elevate becoming a trusted partner to inspire confidence and empowerment resulting in an exceptional member experience. Edwin brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role, including past experience in branch operations, leadership, facilitation and curriculum design. Edwin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing an MBA.
