Chris Land is an Attorney committed to making a principled difference in financial services, financial technology, constitutional law and public policy.

Chris currently serves as General Counsel of the Wyoming Division of Banking, where he is the principal legal advisor to the Division of Banking on financial services issues, including federal and state bank supervisory matters and implementation of Wyoming's blockchain and digital asset legislation.

Chris has experience in public service at the highest levels of government in both the United States and abroad, having worked at the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means, the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida, and the British House of Commons.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science (summa cum laude) from Florida State University, a Master of Laws (with distinction) from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, and a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Chris is originally from Panama City, FL.
