Chris Bryan is a highly motivated, consultative sales director specializing in IT-enabled business change and supporting technologies. He strives to get things started, overcome inertia and deliver results as quickly as possible.

Rarely satisfied with the status quo, he seeks ways to change and improve current systems, methods, and outcomes. To effect the change, he will conceive plans and use hid energy, focusing on the goal, exploiting his speaking and communication skills to influence and persuade people to achieve consensus and buy-into the plan. He dislikes routine, preferring variety in his work, quickly adapting to changing tasks and situations.

Chris is versatile, agile and demonstrates imaginative and creative work with a well-developed ability to handle difficult challenges. He is able to handle many projects and activities concurrently including proposition and business case development, sales negotiation and management.

His broad experience enables him to quickly establish an understanding of the business issues impacting an organization and develop effective solutions. His early career focused on the technical side of IT, post-MBA his consulting career has predominately concentrated on business transformation and change projects including organizational design and benefits realization. He has undertaken many successful projects across EMEA, Scandinavia, Africa, India, and the USA.

Chris has demonstrated the ability to work in diverse and politically charged environments with solid management capability based on diverse and extensive IT and business background. He has well developed ability to build and manage senior-level relationships.

He holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College, a B.Sc. in Marine Zoology from UCNW Bangor and Prince II Foundation and Practitioner certification.
